Ich hatte dieses Hotel online ausgesucht, weil ich in Brno/Kralovo Pole geschäftlich zu tun hatte. Es liegt herrlich ruhig, hat ein sehr junges Kollektiv, wo die Verständigung in Englisch perfekt klappte. Ich hatte für 2 Nächte gebucht, brauchte dann aber eine Verlängerung für 3 Nächte....was perfekt funktionierte! Dann musste ich aber doch 1 Nacht stornieren....auch das hat super funktioniert...ich bekam den Zimmerpreis komplett wieder ausgezahlt....sogar in Euro! Vielen Dank nochmals an die Hotelleitung und die Rezeption! Das Hotel ist innen sehr modern und mit Schick eingerichtet. Das Doppel-Zimmer (Nichtraucher) hatte 2 große und sehr bequeme Betten. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Im Zimmerpreis war das Frühstück enthalten....es war sehr gut und reichlich...aber vielleicht könnte der Kaffee (mehr Auswahl) frisch gebracht werden. Ich hatte 3 Abende im Hotel gegessen....es war sehr lecker!!! Die Auswahl war sehr gut...Lob an den Koch!!! Die Bedienung im Restaurant ( Kamil Ruzicka) war sehr gut und nett. Er sprach perfekt englisch und sein Auftreten war sehr zuvorkommend...beste Eignung also für ein internationales Hotel. Zusammenfassend...ich würde dort wieder übernachten, wenn ich in Brno bin!
